Last week, LSI Corporation announced real-time, on-demand, multimedia transcoding software for the award-winning family of LSITM StarPro® multicore media processors. It performs as a flexible, cost-effective solution for any-to-any video communications and real-time collaboration through next-generation media gateways.
This new software Incorporaties many advanced techniques and efficiently process many video formats. It is a new transcoding software which provides multi-channel, state-of-the-art multimedia processing. It will enable OEMs to meet the real-time, high-definition quality requirements for video collaboration services. It is not only scalable and field upgradeable, but also delivers a high performance with reduced costs.
